There is a 4 day hold on orders to be shipped if paying by Check. If
you wish to pay by Money Order or Check simple print out your order

placed after 9am may not go out until the following day. In the

the weight of the items being purchased. Please allow 3 to 7 days for
delivery. Orders are shipped out of Tampa
Florida. You will be notified with the tracking number at the time of
shipping. Returns Please e-mail to obtain a RGA (returned goods authorization) number. All returns must be accompanied by the assigned RGA number and within 30 days of purchase. Shipping cost is non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways. Returned product must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition and with all manuals and instructions intact. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.The following items can not be returned: Special order items, pool cleaners, electronics (includes lights) and items that have already been installed or used.
