There is a 4 day hold on orders to be shipped if paying by Check. If

In the
event it is going to take longer you will be notified. The shipping
method used is either USPS, UPS or Fedex ground and is based on
the weight of the items being purchased. Please allow 3 to 7 days for
delivery. Orders are shipped out of Tampa
Florida. You will be notified with the tracking number at the time of
shipping. Returns Please e-mail to obtain a RGA (returned goods authorization) number. All returns must be accompanied by the assigned RGA number and within 30 days of purchase. Shipping cost is non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways. Returned product must be in their original packaging, (unused and uninstalled) in resalable condition and with all manuals and instructions intact.
